Initial Nutritional Coaching Session (up to 1 hour)

This includes analysis and review of the Diet & Lifestyle Assessment Form and your Food Journal with special focus on your primary health concerns. You will leave the session with some action steps for both nutrition and lifestyle changes.
$115 +HST

Follow-Up Coaching Session (30 minutes)

In the follow-up session, I provide ongoing professional support and encouragement to help you stick with your new and improved diet and lifestyle, as well as introducing new recommendations for furthering your health and vitality when the timing is appropriate.
$55 +HST

Nutritional Coaching 101 package

Includes initial coaching session and five 30 minute one-on-one sessions to get you on the right track.

Tailored menu Plan

This service complements your initial coaching session and provides a 4-day rotation menu with breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks.

Guided grocery shopping, label reading education, pantry overhaul, menu planning and in-home cooking class.
